*ONLINE ORDERS INFORMATION*

Our nationwide dispatch days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (except for public holidays). Any orders that are placed after Wednesday 10am can be expected to be dispatched on the following Monday.

***HOLIDAY SEASON ORDERS***

It's a busy time for couriers, and we will be taking some well deserved time off in between stats.

Please read carefully the information below before placing your order:

If you want your order to arrive in time for Christmas or New Years Eve, please make sure you send it through order by Monday the 22nd 11am the latest.

For collections, we will be working Monday & Tuesday (22nd and 23rd) then again on the Monday the 29th

- but only until 12 pm.

We will be away on the first week of January, so if you place an order by Monday 5th of Jan 11am - we will send it on that same day. Anytime after that, your order will only be sent out on the following Monday 12th of January.

*Important notice regarding rising freight costs:

NZ Post has been regularly increasing their freight rates - with no warning! We have raised our concern and with them, and requested that they give us enough warning moving forward. We will keep this page updates with any future increases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
