You can use Vutter in just about any way you would normally use butter. 

Due to the high oil / low water content, Vutter is a perfect alternative for baking - substitute 1 to 1 with butter. It also makes delicious dairy free 'buttery' sauces without leaving them with that distinctive margarine after taste. 

It makes perfect butter-cream frostings, caramel sauces and its great for pastries. 

 

It has a higher smoke point than butter which means you can safety cook or fry with it and it won't burn like butter would. It has a nice clean finish and it will not go rancid.
