You can use Vutter in just about any way you would normally use butter, oil or margarine.
Due to the high oil / low water content, Vutter is a perfect alternative for dairy-free butter cream frostings, baking and pastries. You just need to leave it out of the fridge for a few minutes before using to get it to a soft and spreadable texture.
It also makes the most delicious dairy-free buttery dishes and sauces without leaving them with that distinctive margarine after taste.
