Get inspired!

You can use Vutter in any way you would normally use butter. Due to the high fat / low water content, Vutter is a perfect alternative for cooking & baking. It also makes delicious 'buttery' sauces without leaving them with that distinctive margarine after taste. It makes delicious butter-cream frostings, caramel,  chocolate ganache, tart bases, pastries, cakes... etc.

 

It has a higher smoke point than butter which means you can fry with it at higher temperatures and it won't burn. It has a nice clean finish and it will not go rancid.
