Sunflower oil is the non-volatile oil pressed from the seeds of sunflower. It’s high in vitamin E which is a powerful antioxidant that is known to protect the health of our cells tissues and organs. We use 100% pure Sunflower oil with no antioxidants or chemicals added. Its clear and light in flavour and just adds to our Vutter a beautiful texture. The oil is not heated at any stage of our process.

Lecithin is essential to your body. Sunflower lecithin is rich in choline and other essential fatty acids such as phosphatidylinositol (say that three times fast!), and some people take it as a supplement. Lecithin supplements have been shown to help with acne and improving liver function. Our Sunflower Lecithin used in Vutter is Non-GMO certified.

Hemp oil is oil obtained by pressing hemp seeds. The oil contained in the hemp seed is 75-80% polyunsaturated fatty acids (the good fats) and only 9-11% of the lesser desired saturated fatty acids. The essential fatty acids (EFAs) contained in hemp seed oil are required in our diet more than any other vitamin, yet our bodies do not naturally produce them. Our Hemp seed oil is Certified Organic, Extra Virgin and Cold pressed and is used for making our HEMP VUTTER.

Apple cider vinegar is a vinegar made from fermented apple juice. The one we used in Vutter is made from New Zealand grown Organic apples, it's raw, unpasteurized, unfiltered, naturally fermented and BioGro Certified.

Himalayan rock salt often contains trace amounts of iron oxide (rust), which gives it a pink color. It also has small amounts of calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium, making it slightly lower in sodium than regular table salt.

Turmeric is a spice that comes from the turmeric plant and is well known for its amazing health benefits. When we were developing Vutter, our food technologist insisted we used a different "colouring" component. Yes there are many natural food colours out there, but Turmeric was always our first choice. There is a reason it has been used for century as medicine - for both the body & the soul
