Easy & delicious vegan chocolate ganache

Make a healthier and delicious dairy-free chocolate ganache with Vutter - using only 3 ingredients!

Perfect for tart fillings, fruit and nuts dipping, cake or ice cream topping....


250g of dark chocolate

2 tbsp of cold Vutter Original (or Hemp if you want it extra nutty and earthy) 25ml of Rum, Brandy or Whiskey (optional)


Chop up your favourite chocolate bar into small pieces (I like an extra dark one, like 70% +)

Place it in a glass or stainless steel bowl over boiling water to start melting slowly.

Add the 2 Vutter and use a spatula to help melt and gently incorporate.

Temperature is key, you really don't want to burn your chocolate so go slow!

Once all melted, add a splash of your favourite 'booze', incorporated well and voila!!

It will keep in the fridge for a good week - but only if you can handle it just sitting there for that long LOL

Perfect to make chocolate tarts like the one below. Vutter can also be used on the tart base, you can just substitute butter for Vutter and you will have a crispy golden & delicious dairy free buttery base!
