Born in Brazil and raised by amazing chef Eduardo Avelar, Aline followed her father's footsteps & worked in the food industry for over 10 years before moving to Aotearoa permanently in 2012.
She ran a weekend's only fine dinning restaurant outside the big city of Belo Horizonte called Chez Aline Bistro, where the menu was a black board that changed each week depending on the best fresh ingredients that were available for her to purchase.
Aline developed Vutter at home - for the family to enjoy - due to the absolute lack of options in the category. In New Zealand you could either have butter, or you were stuck with margarine! Aline's passion for quality and taste were the key elements to creating a product that is clean, natural, delicious and a perfect replacement to butter in just about anything!
