INGREDIENTS:
✨30g Black Sesame Seed
✨30g Brown Sesame Seed
✨5g Chia Seed
✨5g Poppy Seed
✨50g Cauli Flour
✨30g Hemp Seed
✨5g Kala Namak Salt
✨5g Black Peppercorn
✨1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)
✨Water to bind (50ml)
METHOD:
Soak Poppy Seeds, Chia Seeds together in warmed water just covering the seeds the water will absorb (10 min to soften)
Add all ingredients together Mixing well.
Spoon mixture onto dehydrator sheets forming into cracker sizes & smoothing edges evenly making sure there’s no gaps in the cracker mixture.
Dehydrate on 40·c over 12H turning over gently half way to Dehydrate evenly.
Add dollops of Hemp Seed Oil Vutter Hemp & your favorite toppings - I used Mini Green Daikon & Heirloom cherry tomatoes with fresh herbs & edible flowers 🌱
