Recipe:
1 Coconut
5g Monk Fruit Powder
1 Tblspn Avo Vegan Vutter
1 Avocado
1 Tbsp Matcha Powder
1 Tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
5g Organic Cacao Nibs
5g Pistachio pieces
5g Dry Coconut
Method:
Remove Coconut Meat from shell then add to a blender with Matcha Powder, Monk Fruit Powder, Avo Vutter, Avocado and mix well until fine consistency.
Take approximately a Tbsp size & roll in the palm of your hands into balls then coat with your favorite toppings.
She used Cacao Powder, Matcha Powder & Dry Coconut, then garnised with Coconut Chips, Pistachios, Cacao Nibs.
Set in fridge for 30 min. Enjoy 🥥🌱🤍
