This is what is left from the making of our exceptional Vutter Garlic!
The NZ grown garlic (new season!) is slow cooked for several hours at very low temp in coconut oil. We then take the garlic out, and only use the oil in the Vutter. What we end up with is this beautifully soft, slightly sweet and delicious garlic confit!
We then added some cold pressed extra virgin sunflower oil and olive oil to it. Nothing else! Perfect for stews, soups, garlic bread, paste, platters, mash potatoes, for making aioli... so many ways to enjoy it!
But - we only have 15 units of it and it will go fast!
